Stay Home If You're Sick

There are always sicknesses going around, be it COVID or others. Please remember that if you aren't feeling well, it's best to stay home and not get others sick. Even if you aren't feeling too bad, there are others with health conditions that mean they can get very sick if they come into contact with illnesses. We will be waiting to welcome you back to the Senior Center once you're feeling well again!

Stay home if you are experiencing any of these symptoms or similar:

  • vomiting

  • diarrhea

  • nausea

  • fever

  • chills

  • cramps

  • muscle aches

  • coughing

  • sore throat

  • congestion or runny nose

Do what you can to keep yourself well:

  • wash your hands with soap and water

  • clean and disinfect surfaces

  • handle and prepare foods safely

  • wash laundry thoroughly

  • avoid touching your eyes or mouth

  • get adequate sleep

  • eat a healthy and varied diet

  • get recommended vaccinations
